Last updated: March 2026. These terms govern your access and use of the FreshCredit Ecosystem™.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the FreshCredit Ecosystem™ — including the FreshCredit App™, BlockID™, BlockScore™, and BlockIQ™ — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
FreshCredit® Inc provides credit and identity infrastructure that enables providers to build agent workflows, credit scoring models, and embedded finance marketplace systems. The FreshCredit App™ is a free consumer application for self-custody credit data and portable identity verification. FreshCredit® Inc is not a bank, credit union, credit repair company, or credit reporting agency (CRA).
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Self-custody means you are responsible for your data wallet and credentials managed through BlockID™.
Provider Terms
Providers accessing the FreshCredit Ecosystem™ are subject to the Master Licensing and Service Agreement (MLSA). Partner, Provider, and User tiers have different levels of access and obligations. Transaction-based pricing applies to providers — no upfront licensing, no per-seat costs.
Intellectual Property
FreshCredit®, BlockID™, BlockScore™, BlockIQ™, and The FreshCredit App™ are registered trademarks of FreshCredit® Inc. Our technology includes both patented and open-source components. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without written authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. FreshCredit® does not guarantee credit results, lending decisions, or financial outcomes. All credit decisions are made by providers building on the FreshCredit® platform. We do not provide financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshCredit® Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the FreshCredit App™ and posted on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
