Information We Collect
FreshCredit® Inc collects information you provide directly, such as account registration details, identity verification data, and communication preferences. We also automatically collect usage data, including device information, IP addresses, and interaction patterns with our infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to operate and improve the FreshCredit Ecosystem™, provide BlockID™ identity verification, power BlockScore™ credit model infrastructure, and facilitate BlockIQ™ marketplace transactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Self-Custody and Edge Storage
FreshCredit® architecture is built on self-custody principles. Your credit data and identity credentials are stored at the edge under your control through the FreshCredit App™. We do not maintain centralized custody of your personal financial data. Providers building on our infrastructure only access data you explicitly authorize.
Sharing Data with Providers
When you interact with providers in the FreshCredit Ecosystem™, data is shared only as authorized by you and as necessary to complete the requested service. Provider access is governed by Master Licensing and Service Agreements (MLSAs) and subject to SOC 2, PCI DSS, and applicable regulatory standards.
Security
We implement industrial-grade security measures including memory-safe Rust architecture per the White House ONCD Initiative, zero-knowledge proof verification, encrypted communications, and immutable audit trails on Substrate. Our infrastructure is designed for SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance.
Regulatory Compliance
FreshCredit® Inc complies with GDPR, CCPA, CalOPPA, and applicable data protection regulations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. For data rights requests, contact hello@freshcredit.com.
