FreshCredit® leadership has testified before U.S. Congressional Special Committees on four separate occasions, providing expert testimony on decentralized identity systems, blockchain infrastructure for financial services, the governance of autonomous organizations, and the regulatory frameworks needed for stablecoin adoption.
These engagements informed early thinking on how portable identity credentials and privacy-preserving credit systems could be regulated at the federal level. The testimony contributed to broader legislative dialogue on digital asset frameworks and consumer protection in decentralized finance.
